你所说的那些提示是上网助手出错的提示，和你的IE不能打开没有关系，你现在要做事其实很简单，如果是XP的系统，你用系统还原还原到你以前能打开IE的日子就行了，如果是98的系统，那你就进入DOS状态，用restore还原到你以前能打开IE的日子。OK 祝你好运。
