成汉语 当城市或建设地点的基本风压值在本规范全国基本风压图上没有给出时，基本风压值可根据当地年最大风速资料，按基本风压定义，通过统计分析确定，分析时应考虑样本数量的影响。
If the basic wind pressure for a certain city or construction field is not listed in this code--National Basic Wind Pressure Map, such value can be decided through statistical analysis based on data of local annually max wind velocity and based on the definition of basic wind pressure; and in such analysis, the influence by numbers of sample/specimen shall also be considered.
