我认为应该选D，意思是如果我是一只鸟，我将飞去湖北下雪的地方，这个地方表示和现在情况相反的假设，在虚拟语气中即使是第一人称的I，也只能用were，had和should这三个词，D项是一个省略句，完整的应该是，If I were a bird.
