【摘要】如今超市行业的竞争已不再是价格上的竞争，更多的是环境和服务水平方面的竞争。本文在市场调查的基础上采用SWOT分析法对永辉超市卖场管理中存在的细节问题进行分析，针对其收银区、洗手间设置、通道设置以及服务水平存在的问题进行理论研究，同时借鉴外资超市的成功经验，为永辉超市在今后经营过程中的整改提出意见与建议。 【关键词】永辉超市；市场调查；卖场管理；购物环境；服务质量
