Finally I beat out cause and effect about the things! The mailman mix up your address with another person. (because he didn't use the bill which i filled out one, but changed another one ) Maybe we can try to ask that person who had been received our package ,Does he mind return that package to you or you could contact with that person to bargaining how to figure out this things. we'll bear with the fee about it. we'll send new package if all the ways don't work out.
