Party A and Party B mutually agree that Party A will deposit $20,000 into Party B's bank account as a fixed deposit. Party B agrees to no collect any additional deposit for Party's purchase order. If at a later time, both parties have not performed the contract terms, and Party A requests a refund of the $20000 deposit, Party B agrees that refund will be provided within 30 days after receipt of request for refund.
